Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling office operations, explaining products to clients, and converting walk-in inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Explain company products and services clearly to clients.

Convert walk-in inquiries into sales opportunities.

Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.

Prepare and manage quotations for clients.

Conduct cold calling to potential customers.

Follow up with leads and existing clients.

Maintain client records and update sales data.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and preparing quotations).

Ability to interact confidently with clients.

Solid follow-up and sales skills.

Prior experience in sales or office administration is an advantage.
