Kanak Estate is hiring a motivated and confident for Sales Profile to support our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating site visits, and maintaining follow-ups with potential property buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data
- Handle inbound property inquiries professionally
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Eligibility Criteria
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales profile.
- Real estate experience is required.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
- Target-oriented and confident personality
