WINGSPAN Group is a leading travel, tourism, hospitality, and aviation company specializing in hotel sales, revenue management, destination management, and airline representation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Account Executive to support our hospitality finance operations.

Key Responsibilities: Hotel Revenue & Financial Reporting

- Verify and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly hotel revenue reports.
- Check room revenue, F&B; revenue, OTA revenue, and other income reports.
- Ensure accuracy of revenue postings and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare daily MIS and management reports.

Accounts & Finance

- Maintain books of accounts and accounting entries.
- Process vendor bills and customer invoices.
- Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.

Banking & Reconciliation

- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile payment gateway transactions.
- Reconcile hotel OTA reports with bank receipts.
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Profit & Loss Monitoring

- Assist in preparation of monthly Profit & Loss Statements.
- Monitor departmental expenses against budgets.
- Analyse operating costs and highlight variances.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Expense Management

- Verify employee reimbursements and operational expenses.
- Ensure all expenses comply with company policies.
- Maintain expense records and supporting documentation.

Coordination & Follow-up

- Coordinate with hotel operations, sales, revenue management, and vendors.
- Follow up on pending invoices, payments, and reconciliations.




- Ensure timely completion of month-end closing activities.

Compliance

- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Additional qualification in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality Industry (Hotel/Resort/Travel Company) will be preferred.
- Experience in hotel revenue reconciliation and MIS reporting will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS/ERP systems is desirable.
- Ability to prepare financial reports and reconciliations accurately.
