- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Master Data Management (MDM), Reltio.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and data governance principles.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize system performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
