Job Summary

Ping Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Engineer – Washing Machine Assembly to manage complete washing machine assembly operations. The candidate must have hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Parts, Complete Washing Machine Assembly, Production Planning, Line Balancing, Productivity Improvement, Quality Control, and Customer Requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Washing Machine Assembly Line operations.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per PPC Plan.
- Supervise assembly line manpower and improve productivity.
- Monitor Line Balancing and reduce bottlenecks.
- Ensure First Pass Yield (FPY) and minimize rework & rejection.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Dispatch.
- Monitor material availability for uninterrupted production.
- Improve assembly efficiency, OEE, and cycle time.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, Safety, 5S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen.
- Prepare Daily Production Reports, Line Efficiency Reports, and MIS.
- Support New Model Introduction (NPI) and production trials.
- Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Mandatory Requirement (Must Have)

- Candidate must have hands-on experience in Complete Washing Machine Assembly.
- Must have worked with LG Electronics or an LG-approved Vendor/Supplier.




- Experience in manufacturing and assembling Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic Washing Machines is mandatory.
- Must have experience in assembly of Cabinet, Tub Assembly, Drum Assembly, Motor, Wiring Harness, Control Panel, Water Inlet System, Drain System, Lid Assembly, Gear Box, Suspension, Base Assembly, Packaging and Final Testing.
- Knowledge of End-of-Line (EOL) Testing, Functional Testing, Leak Testing, Performance Testing, and Final Inspection is mandatory.
- Candidates without LG Electronics or LG Vendor experience will not be considered.

Salary

₹35000 – ₹45000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance.)

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Complete Washing Machine Manufacturing & Assembly.
- Experience with LG Electronics or an LG-approved Vendor/Supplier is mandatory.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
