Your work profile

The Senior SAP ABAP Consultant will lead the design, development, enhancement, integration, and technical delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions. The consultant will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, Basis teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized custom developments while ensuring compliance with SAP Clean Core and SAP S/4HANA development best practices.A Senior SAP ABAP Consultant is expected to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA and Clean Core principles. The role is responsible for designing and developing RICEFW objects, up-to-date ABAP artifacts, integrations, and extensions while ensuring seamless collaboration with functional teams, optimizing system performance, supporting SAP S/4HANA conversion activities, and contributing to successful project delivery from design through Go-Live and Hypercare.

Key skills required

- 6–8 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Minimum 4–6 years of SAP S/4HANA development and migration experience.
- Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield projects.
- Strong experience in developing custom solutions, enhancements, integrations, SAP Fiori, CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP BTP extensions is preferred.

Technical Consulting

- Analyze business and technical requirements.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments.
- Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD).




- Recommend SAP S/4HANA development best practices.
- Estimate development effort and support project planning.
