· Updating customers account information Register customer complaints in DMS
· DMS data updating.
· Active participation in sending invitations / mailers to customers for service promotional activities like free up check campaign or any other customer relation building events
· Get support on difficult cases (e.g. technical explanation etc) Service marketing activities Handle special customers complaint
· Route cause analysis of customer complaints
· Having Positive Communication Skills is a necessity for this role
· Making service reminder calls.
· Offer customer pick and drop facility for servicing cars.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
