Key Responsibilities

- On-the-Ground Sourcing: Actively travel to various locations to identify and attract top talent through job fairs, campus recruitment, and community networking events.
- On-site Interviews: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews at various field locations to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific regional staffing requirements and local market trends.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the organization at public events and trade shows, serving as the primary face of the company to enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a database of potential candidates for both current and future regional vacancies.

Required Skills-

- Experience: Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably with a background in high-volume or retail recruitment.
