Position: E-commerce Account Management
Work Location: Bengaluru | In-person

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily account health checks for assigned brands
- Monitor sales, advertising performance, listings, and stock availability
- Maintain tracking reports and performance sheets
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Follow up on shipments, promotions, and marketplace-related cases
- Support listing optimization, keyword updates, and content enhancement
- Ensure stock readiness during major sales events
- Analyze sales performance and recommend growth opportunities
- Manage multiple brand accounts across Amazon and Flipkart
- Prepare reports, audits,



and account performance updates

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart Seller/Vendor platforms
- Robust analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and client coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
