Job Summary:

We are seeking highly organized, and empathetic professionals to step into the role of a MedBuddy Executive cum Relationship Manager. The hired candidate will divide their execution between standard, premium On-Field Patient Care Navigation within partnered private hospital networks and Client Relationship Management (CRM) via digital channels. They will act as the vital bridge ensuring flawless communication from the moment a hospital booking is initialized to long after a patient leaves the facility.

Core Responsibilities:

- Execute standard on-field patient care operational mandates: formally manage appointment scheduling, registration and billing counters, desk logistics, diagnostic scheduling friction, and internal hospital routing.
- Ensure a supportive, professional, and organized navigation process for patients during hospital visits,



removing administrative stress from the family.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the patient and the hospital management.
- Handle and keep record of related hospital paperwork, hospital instructions, and follow-up plans.
- Make inquiries and collect necessary data from hospitals as per client requirement, store collected data in company database.
- Handle incoming client queries, support calls with elite professional etiquette.
- Dispatch mandatory digital confirmations, structured booking updates, and coordinated logistics briefings to clients via WhatsApp and official channels.
- Own the post-care cycle by sending formal "Thank You " dispatches, collecting structured service feedback metrics, and executing proactive follow-up calls to ensure long-term client retention.

Key Requirements:

- Academic Background: Completed Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized and accredited university. (A degree from Management/Pharmacy/Nursing/Social Work/Psychology is highly preferable.)
- Linguistic Command: High proficiency and clear articulation in spoken English, Odia and Hindi.
- Technical Competency: Comfortable handling basic computer applications like MS Excel,



Company Web Portal, CRM tasks, smartphone texting interfaces (WhatsApp Business), and inputting customer data & feedback details accurately.
- Logistics Requirements: Ownership of a personal functional two-wheeler vehicle, valid Driving License, and a modern smartphone is non-negotiable.
- Strict maintenance of professional grooming and corporate etiquette standards.

Compensation:

MyMedBuddy operations function strictly on meritocracy. The position includes an initial 3-month probation period where the trainee receives a fixed pay of ₹12,000 along with fuel reimbursement. After successful completion of the probation period, the position guarantees a fixed basic salary of ₹14,000 per month, along with a performance-based monthly incentive up to ₹5,000. The employee will also be paid distance-linked fuel reimbursements to ensure field operations are zero-cost to the employee. A bonus amount is awarded to the employee after successful completion of the probation period. Performance-based incentives are unlocked directly through high client feedback scores, flawless booking check-ins, and retention parameters. High performers are guaranteed expedited promotions into regional team-lead positions, operations expansions, and base structure upgrades.
