- Community Outreach: Plan and execute health camps, workshops, and wellness seminars in local neighborhoods, corporate offices, and schools.
- Referral Management: Build and maintain active relationships with local general practitioners (GPs), clinics, and community leaders to drive physician referrals.
- Patient Acquisition: Execute localized marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase patient footfall for specific specialties.
- Brand Awareness: Distribute educational materials and manage communication that builds trust and highlights the hospitals expertise within the community.
- Event Coordination: Represent the hospital at local health fairs, conferences, and community gatherings.
- Feedback & Market Research: Gather community feedback and assess local health needs to help the hospital tailor its services and clinical offerings
