Title : Production Supervisor

Experience: 2-3 Years Experience in Bakery / Food industry

Location: Kondhwa BK, Pune.

Job Description:

Manage daily shift operations to meet production schedules, maximize efficiency, and minimise waste.

Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate production staff. Handle employee relations, shift handovers, and ensure a positive, safety-focused floor culture.

Monitor processing machinery, coordinate repairs with maintenance teams, and oversee equipment sanitation.

Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point protocols. Verify that all Critical Control Points are continuously monitored and documented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
