Job Summary

Medall Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated and patient-focused Phlebotomists to join our Bangalore team. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting blood and other biological samples from walk-in patients at our collection centres while ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform venous and capillary blood sample collection for walk-in patients.
- Verify patient details and test requisition forms before sample collection.
- Ensure accurate sample labeling and proper documentation.
- Follow infection control practices and biomedical waste disposal protocols.




- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the sample collection area.
- Enter sample collection details accurately in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Store and hand over collected samples appropriately to the logistics team or laboratory personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels of collection materials and report replenishment requirements.
- Provide courteous, qualified, and patient-centric service.
- Adhere to Medall Healthcare's quality standards and NABL/ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

- DMLT / MLT / B.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology or Life Sciences)
- Phlebotomy or Laboratory Technician certification will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in venipuncture and blood collection techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for LIS data entry.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional appearance and patient-friendly attitude.

Work Timings

- Shift-based, as per collection centre requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,877.47 - ₹25,000.00 per month
