Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions, including cross-selling relevant products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment strategies.




- Manage and grow client portfolios by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships through referrals and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, operations, legal) to ensure seamless client service delivery and issue resolution.
- Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and market updates to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory compliance standards and internal policies.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to inform client strategies and product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
