JOB DESCRIPTION

* Operational Control: Oversee assigned production shift to ensure smooth workflow, meeting daily targets, and following SOPs.

* Team Supervision: Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance, providing guidance and resolving issues.

* Quality & Safety: Conduct basic quality checks, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain cleanliness/5S standards.

* Reporting & Documentation: Submit accurate daily shift reports on production, manpower usage, and safety incidents.

* Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor machine usage and escalate equipment issues to senior management or technical support.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Shift production output vs. target.

* Zero safety incidents or timely reporting of near misses.

* Quality compliance rate.

* Reduced downtime/efficiency improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
