We Are Hiring for Two BDE Positions1. Business Development Executive (Upwork)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Search for relevant projects and submit winning proposals.
- Communicate with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert leads into projects.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or IT business development.
- Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms.
- Robust negotiation and client-handling skills.

2. Business Development Executive (Sales)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Based on Interview)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.




- Present the company's IT services and solutions.
- Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
