We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse and Dispatch Executive to oversee timely and effective dispatch of goods from a warehouse by managing work force, coordinating logistics, and ensuring quality of final product delivered. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scheduling deliveries, managing inventory, supervising warehouse workforce, maintaining accurate records, and resolving any delivery issues. Able to manage shift in warehouse and dispatch teams for 24x7 operation. A strong background in team leadership and stakeholder coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of warehouse and dispatch operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.

· Schedule and monitor deliveries, optimize routes, and coordinate with drivers, transport contractors, and shipping carriers.

· Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and dispatch teams to maximize efficiency and productivity.

· Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and monitor stock levels to meet demand.

· Ensure that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and that all operations comply with safety regulations.

· Work on continuous improvement projects including space utilization, improve dispatch, cost innovation etc..

· Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities – planned v/s actual.





· Prepare & submit daily reports for senior management to review.

· Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the dispatch process.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Inventory management & dispatch
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance in the food industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing Warehouse & dispatch teams.
- Able to handle pressure & self motivated.
- Excellent team player & can collaborate with stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Valuable computer skills including MS Office,
- Willing to work in 3 shifts
- Proficiency in using systems, inventory management and reporting tools.

Nice to Have:

- Qualification in material management/Warehousing/logistics.
- Experience in managing ware house for Food manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹315,471.00 - ₹548,398.00 per year
