Key Responsibilities GATI Software Operations (Mandatory)

- Create and manage job cards (Job Bags) inside the GATI system for all current orders.
- Issue raw materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones) to artisans and track them dynamically within GATI.
- Update live order statuses as pieces move from casting to setting, polishing, and final QC.
- Perform weight reconciliation in GATI to track metal loss, scrap recovery, and diamond counts.

Costing & Pricing Accuracy

- Calculate exact manufacturing costs by combining metal weights, gemstone values, labor charges, and wastage.
- Embed live market rates for precious metals into GATI formulas for accurate billing.
- Analyze CAD files to pre-estimate metal weight and stone settings before launching production.
- Ensure exact profit margins are maintained when generating final wholesale or retail price quotes.

Order Lifecycle Management

- Review incoming order sheets for design clarity, technical feasibility, and delivery deadlines.




- Coordinate with factory supervisors to ensure GATI production timelines match client delivery dates.
- Verify completed jewelry against the original GATI order invoice for quality and specification accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Software Experience: Minimum 2 years of daily, hands-on experience using GATI Jewellery Software is strictly mandatory. Candidates without GATI experience will not be considered.
- Industry Experience: 2–5 years working in a jewelry manufacturing unit, export house, or wholesale department.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes, metal alloys, diamond charting, and wastage calculation.
- Attributes: High mathematical precision, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight delivery deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
