Job Title: Receptionist – OPD/IPD Billing

Department: Front Office / Billing

Location: C-2/390, Janakpuri, Pankha Road, Recent Delhi, Delhi-110058

1. Job Purpose

To provide courteous front-desk service, manage patient registration, and ensure accurate OPD/IPD billing to support smooth patient flow in the eye hospital.

2. Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum: Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Administration).
- Experience: 1–3 years in hospital front office/billing; eye hospital experience preferred.
- Good communication (English, Hindi/Local language).
- Knowledge of HMS/Billing software.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Patient-friendly, calm, and well-presented.
