Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the manufacturing industry, with expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, financial planning, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Retired finance professionals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund planning.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking transactions.

Implement and maintain effective financial controls and reporting systems.

Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)



/ CA / ICWAI (CMA) or any other related qualification.

Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory experience in the finance function of a manufacturing unit.

Proven expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, financial planning,·

and cost control.

Experience with ERP/Tally and advanced MS Excel is preferred.·

Retired finance professionals with relevant manufacturing experience are·

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.·

Manufacturing finance and costing experience.·

Budget preparation and financial forecasting.·
