We are searching an experienced Tender Manager who will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process for Govt. Building projects.
Experience: Min. 4-5 years experience required . Prior experience needed in central Govt. Dept. portals like CPWD, e-Procure, GEMS, NBCC, NPCC, RAILWAYS, TENDERSODISHA, TENDERS WESTBENGAL etc. (special focus on Odisha state)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate government building tender opportunities through various procurement portals and notifications.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids in accordance with government procurement rules and client requirements.
- Manage bid schedules, documentation, approvals, and submission timelines.
- Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, statutory requirements, and tender conditions.
- Prepare bid qualification documents, vendor registrations, and supporting technical documentation.
- Liaise with government departments, consultants, and clients during pre-bid meetings and clarification stages.
