We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist – IT with a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and within timelines.
Key Responsibilities

- Handleend-to-end IT recruitmentfor junior, mid-level, and senior technical roles
- Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
- Source candidates throughjob portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
- Coordinate and scheduletechnical interviewswith internal and external panels
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Negotiate offers, roll out offer letters, and support onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics
- Ensure a positivecandidate experienceand employer branding





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ years ofhands-on IT recruitment experience
- Experience using recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
- Strong follow-up and closure skills

Pay: ₹9,346.39 - ₹30,989.19 per month
