Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Telecalling Team Leader to lead and manage the telecalling team while actively contributing to sales and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in telesales and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve monthly targets.
- Actively participate in telecalling activities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and follow-up.
- Monitor daily calling performance and maintain quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and support team members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track team performance and prepare reports.
- Handle escalated customer interactions.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain discipline,



productivity, and a positive team environment.

Salary

- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Attractive performance-based incentives.
- Additional incentives for achieving team targets.

Eligibility

- Any Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Telemarketing.
- Team handling experience is preferred.
- Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Basic English and Tamil communication skills.

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
