### Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced **Legal Advisor with expertise in Real Estate Laws and Property Matters**. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal guidance, reviewing and drafting property-related documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and supporting the organization in all legal matters related to real estate projects and transactions.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Provide legal advice and support on real estate projects, property transactions, and business matters.

* Draft, review, vet, and negotiate various real estate agreements and legal documents, including:

* Sale Deeds

* Agreements for Sale

* Lease Deeds

* Leave & License Agreements

* Development Agreements

* Joint Venture Agreements

* Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs)

* Power of Attorney (POA)

* Other property-related agreements.

* Conduct legal due diligence, title verification, and review of property documents to identify legal risks and discrepancies.

* Handle property registration processes and coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices, government authorities, advocates, and consultants.

* Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, including RERA, Registration Act, Stamp Duty regulations, and other statutory requirements.

* Provide legal opinions on property matters, agreements, disputes, and project-related issues.

* Manage and respond to legal notices, claims,



and disputes related to real estate transactions.

* Coordinate with external legal consultants and internal departments for timely resolution of legal matters.

* Maintain and update legal records, agreements, documentation, and compliance reports.

* Support management in evaluating legal risks and providing solutions for smooth project execution.

* Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, government regulations, and legal procedures.

### Key Skills & Competencies:

* Strong knowledge of Real Estate Laws, Property Laws, RERA, Stamp Duty, and Registration procedures.

* Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills for legal agreements.

* Experience in title search, due diligence, and property documentation.

* Good understanding of land records, property ownership verification, and regulatory compliances.

* Ability to handle legal matters independently and provide practical solutions.

* Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams, advocates, and government authorities.

### Qualification & Experience:

* LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
