We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and budgets throughout the construction lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and assist in contractor selection.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget performance throughout the project.
- Review and certify contractor invoices, payment applications, and change orders.




- Evaluate and negotiate contract variations and claims.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Perform value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Prepare final accounts and project cost reports upon project completion.
- Support procurement activities by evaluating supplier quotations and recommending cost-effective solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹51,816.84 per month
