Job Profile & Responsibilities

1. Vendor & Material Management

Source and procure raw materials for signage: ACP sheets, acrylic, SS letters, LED modules, vinyl, aluminum profiles, adhesives, hardwareIdentify recent vendors and maintain rate list for CNC, laser cutting, printing, fabrication itemsNegotiate best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines

2. Purchase Coordination

Raise and process Purchase Orders based on project requirements from Site/Production teamFollow up with vendors for timely delivery and quality checksMaintain stock levels of fast-moving items and raise indent before stock-out

3. Documentation & Coordination

Maintain vendor database, quotations, POs, invoices,



and delivery challansCoordinate with Accounts for payment follow-ups and GRNWork closely with Production, Site, and Accounts team for project-wise material planning

4. Cost Control

Compare vendor quotes and suggest cost-saving options without compromising qualityTrack material consumption vs project BOQEnsure proper material delivery to factory and site as per schedule

5. Other

Support in logistics arrangement for bulky materialsHandle local market purchases for urgent site requirements

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
