Job Overview:

- Role: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive
- Industry: Real Estate
- Location: Dwarka sec-12, Current Delhi
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Performance Incentives
- Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Every Tuesday (Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Call potential customers from the provided database to pitch real estate commercial and residential projects.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, provide accurate project information, and build strong professional relationships.
- Appointment Scheduling: Convince interested clients and schedule site visits or meetings for the active on-field Sales Managers.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with warm leads to maximize conversions.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate daily call logs and customer feedback reports in the system.

Requirements & Qualifications:





- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Experience in Real Estate sales is a huge plus).
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing power and negotiation skills.
- Disciplined, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
- Technical: Basic knowledge of handling mobile calling apps or CRM software.Perks & Benefits:
