About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow HAMPro Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow core development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, with a minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in HAMPro. Experience in ITSM is required, while SAMPro experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and develop ServiceNow HAMPro solutions.
- Work on ServiceNow core platform development and customization.
- Participate in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects from scratch.
- Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation and support activities.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and deployment.

Requirements





- Have 5+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HAMPro.
- Have strong experience in ServiceNow core development.
- Have experience with ITSM.
- Have a good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
- Alternatively, have 1 year of HAMPro experience with at least one end-to-end HAMPro implementation project from scratch.

Good to Have

- Have experience in SAMPro.
