Eligibility:

- CA (Fresher or Experienced)
- Semi-Qualified CA/CS/CMA
- Commerce Graduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime or other software

Taxation – Direct & Indirect

- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies
- Working knowledge of TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliation (26AS, Form 16, 16A)
- Computation of advance tax and income tax liability

GST & Compliance

- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9
- Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with books
- Handling notices and correspondence with GST department

Audit Support

- Conducting and assisting in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and Stock Audit
- Preparation of audit reports and schedules as per requirements

Finance & Other Areas





- Basic understanding of project finance, CC limit documentation, CMA Data, TEV reports
- Coordination with bankers and consultants for finance-related work
- Maintaining documentation for subsidy applications, ROC filings (optional for CS candidates)

Tools & Software Proficiency

- Tally Prime, MS Excel (vlookups, pivot, filtering, reconciliation tools)
- Working knowledge of Income Tax Portal, GST Portal, and MCA Portal
- Finalization of accounts, preparation of trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet
- Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of bank accounts, debtors & creditors
