The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments
- Process customer requests, orders, and service-related documentation
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
- Prepare daily reports and maintain service records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player

Qualification:

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline

Experience:

- 0–2 years in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a related field
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM software or customer support tools
- Knowledge of customer service processes
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages (preferred, if required)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
