Albae is a Surat-based algae-derived nutrition brand building clean, science-backed supplements — including astaxanthin and algal DHA formulations — with a focus on supply chain transparency and zero ocean harvesting. We work with global ingredient partners and are scaling across D2C and retail channels in India.

About the Role

We're hiring a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with our CEO and CTO across marketing, content, science communication, and operations. This is a generalist role suited to someone who wants broad startup exposure — not a single-function internship. You'll shadow both founders in day-to-day decision-making and take ownership of real tasks from week one.

Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategy, including content calendars and campaign planning
- Review marketing and social media content for accuracy and brand fit; approve or flag posts before publishing
- Learn the science behind our formulations (astaxanthin, algal DHA, algae fermentation) to support content and partner communication
- Coordinate order dispatch and logistics, including inventory tracking and courier/vendor coordination
- Shadow founders in strategic meetings,



partner calls, and cross-functional decision-making
- Support additional projects across distribution, partnerships, and product development as needed

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in life sciences, biotechnology, nutrition, pharmacy, business, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills; comfortable reviewing and giving feedback on content
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage logistics and follow-through independently
- Willing to work on-site in Surat
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, D2C, or health/nutrition is a plus but not required
- Graphic designing experience preferred
