Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning workplace for young children. The ideal candidate will deliver the curriculum effectively, manage the classroom, and support each child's overall growth and development.

Key Responsibilities Towards Students

- Teach preschool children using age-appropriate teaching methods and learning strategies.
- Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and lesson plans.
- Create engaging activities and learning materials that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Assess student learning and development using appropriate evaluation methods.
- Monitor, record, and evaluate each child's progress.
- Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Supervise students during classroom sessions, playtime, and all school activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Towards Parents

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Discuss academic, behavioural, or developmental concerns professionally.
- Inform parents about school events, meetings, and other activities.
- Maintain updated parent feedback records.
- Encourage active participation in Parent-Teacher Meetings.

Towards Management





- Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, educational conferences, and school programs.
- Assist in organizing school events and special activities.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of all student, parent, and school information.
- Be willing to work beyond regular school hours whenever required for school-related activities, except in genuine emergencies communicated in advance.

Requirements Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certificate in ECCE, NTT, Montessori, or Early Childhood Education is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 1–2 years of preschool teaching experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible to apply.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education practices.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Effective English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Patient, flexible, responsible, and committed to children's learning and development.
