We are looking for a dedicated Process Controller / Quality Assurance Executive to strengthen our quality systems and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with approved process parameters and quality standards.
- Maintain and update all Quality Assurance documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, inspection records, and quality reports.
- Prepare and maintain production, testing, and quality records for complete traceability.
- Coordinate the preparation and management of customer documentation, product specifications, Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Conformity (COC), and other quality-related documents.
- Ensure timely completion and maintenance of certification documents related to compostable products and regulatory compliance.
- Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure documentation is complete before product release.
- Monitor non-conformities and assist in implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP, 5S, company quality procedures, and customer requirements.
- Maintain document control by ensuring all records are updated, approved, and archived as per company procedures.




- Prepare quality reports, MIS, and documentation required by management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality performance.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2–5 years in Quality Assurance, Process Control, or Documentation within the plastic, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO documentation, SOP preparation, CAPA, GMP, 5S, and process control.
- Documentation Skills: Experience in preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Conformity (COC), production records, quality reports, and audit documentation.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and document management.
- Personal Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
