Branch Manager – Branch Operations

Job description:

The ideal candidate will assist the Branch Manager Pandhurna Region in managing staff, operations, and ensuring smooth business activities while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations
- Supervise staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor team performance and help achieve branch targets
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with head office for operational support
- Support business development and branch growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

Graduation with minimum 60% having 3 years of Banking Experience as an Officer of CO-OP. Bank / Nationalize Bank.

Branch Manager Shall not Exceed 45 Yrs and Stipend Period 11 Months | Should have Knowledge of Computer.

Age : 45 Years Below.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3 years (CO-OP. Bank/ Nationalize Bank)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
