Hiring: Academic Coach (Advanced Mentor Role)

We are building a system-driven, AI-powered learning environment — and for that, we need Coaches, not just instructors.

What This Role Actually Means

A Coach at SEZ is:

- Not someone who just teaches chapters
- But someone who designs how students learn

You will help students become independent learners, using structured systems, planning, and analysis.

Your Core Responsibilities

1. Student Learning System Design

- Create personalized study plans for students
- Break down subjects into structured workflows (chapters → milestones → completion)
- Use tools like Syllabus Progress, Work Pool, and Subject Manager to guide learning

2. Student Analysis & Problem Solving

- Identify where a student is struggling:
- Concept issue?
- Practice gap?
- Discipline issue?
- Take action based on data (tests, work completion, doubts)

3. Doubt Resolution (Concept Clarity Focus)

- Solve doubts only when needed
- Focus on making the student understand, not just giving answers
- Convert doubts into tasks or action plans

4. Work & Task Management

- Assign and track student work (homework, practice, revision)
- Ensure students are completing tasks on time
- Use structured tracking systems (like dashboards)

5. Subject & Curriculum Understanding

You must have strong knowledge of:

- Subjects and chapters
- Different boards (CBSE, ICSE, GSEB, Cambridge, etc.)
- Exam patterns and scoring strategies

6. AI & Smart Tools Usage





- Use AI tools to:
- Generate study material
- Create practice questions
- Improve student learning speed
- Find and suggest the best learning resources (videos, notes, tools)

7. System Thinking (Very Significant)

- Work inside a structured system (dashboard-based learning)
- Improve systems over time
- Think long-term: how can learning be more efficient?
