Purchase Executive
Queens Bay International is a manufacturer and exporter of pre-rolled cones, rolling paper booklets, filters, and custom packaging for international B2B clients. Factory: 6/3 South Side of GT Road, Ghaziabad.
Location: Work from factory, GT Road Ghaziabad (daily commute required)
Salary: ₹30,000 – 35,000 gross per month
Experience: 3–6 years in purchase at a manufacturing company; paper/packaging material exposure is a plus
About the role
Executes our purchasing end to end: purchase orders, daily vendor follow-up, and rate comparisons. Vendor selection and final negotiation are handled by management; you make everything happen on paper and on time.
Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders against approved vendors and terms; document everything.
- Follow up deliveries daily so production never stops for material.
- Prepare 3-quote rate comparisons for management decisions.
- Coordinate inward with stores; take quality rejections back to vendors for replacement or credit note.
- Maintain vendor records and pending-order tracker; pass verified bills to accounts.
- Check GST invoices: correct GSTIN, rates, material description.
What we are looking for
- Everything on email and tracker, nothing on verbal promises.
- Persistent, polite follow-up temperament.
- Working Excel: comparisons, trackers, pending reports.
- Willing to provide a reference from your previous purchase supervisor.
