Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Growth & Marketing Executive to help grow our brand and customer base. You will work on digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, social media, content, and marketing activities to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing materials.
Support SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Build partnerships and explore new growth opportunities.
Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience in Marketing or Growth Marketing.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is an advantage.
