Summary:
As a DevOps Lead, they will beworking as an SME. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline implementation, cloud platforms. This role requires hands-on technical ownership, the ability to work in a 24x7 support environment when required, and experience driving automation initiatives across enterprise infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Develop and manage infrastructure automation using Ansible Tower and Ansible playbooks.
- Administer and optimize GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and DevOps workflows.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell scripting, and YAML.
- Automate deployment, configuration management, and operational tasks.
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure function AWS and Azure environments.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure,



and security teams to improve release processes and platform reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call/support rotations as required.
- Continuously improve DevOps practices, automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Tower and Ansible automation.
- Expertise in GitHub, version control, and repository management.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps toopls
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting (Bash), and YAML.
- Experience with infrastructure and configuration automation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and deployment best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Additional Information:

- 6–8 years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Minimum 15 years of full time education.
- Hands-on expertise in Ansible Tower, GitHub, Linux, Automation, CI/CD Pipelines, Python, YAML, and Shell Scripting.
- Experience working with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Must be comfortable working as an SME
- Must be willing to participate in 24x7 support/on-call rotations.
