Job Title: Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Vesu, Surat
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily accounting operations including entries, invoicing, and bookkeeping
- Maintain and update accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and process vendor payments and customer invoices
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling audits
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Ability to work under deadlines
