- Initial communication with the walk-in or telephone enquiry from the prospective students
- Admission and counselling (walk-in/telephonic)
- Providing complete details of the courses offered to the prospective students and converting walk-ins into admissions.
- Providing direct support to academic team and students
- Processing all the paperwork relating to admissions
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with valuable organisational and time-management skills.
