Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to lead a team of 3–4 Sales Executives, drive target achievement, improve conversions and ensure disciplined CRM and sales operations. The role is responsible for daily sales execution while reporting directly to the Sales Head.

Reporting Structure

Reports To: Sales Head

Direct Reports: 3–4 Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, guide and motivate a team of 3–4 Sales Executives.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets.

· Monitor daily calling, follow-ups and conversions.

· Ensure accurate CRM updates and lead management.





· Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.

· Coach team members to improve sales skills and productivity.

· Handle escalated client queries and support deal closures.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

· Coordinate with Operations for smooth client onboarding.

· Report team performance and challenges to the Sales Head.

Experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader.
