Brief Job Description: ∙Assembles mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. ∙Uses hand and power tools to fit, align, and fasten parts together. ∙Inspects assembled units for proper function, alignment, and quality. ∙Follows established procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate and efficient assembly. ∙Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Job Summary: ∙We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Mechanical Assembler. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for working with mechanical systems, be able to interpret technical documents, and possess good manual dexterity. This role is crucial for the accurate and efficient assembly of our products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Job Responsibilities: · Assembly Operations: ∙Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, diagrams, and work instructions to understand assembly requirements. ∙Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished products using hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches) and power tools (e.g., drills, pneumatic tools). ∙Fit, align, and fasten parts and sub-assemblies together using bolts, screws, rivets, adhesives, and other fastening methods. ∙Ensure proper alignment and functionality of assembled units. ∙Follow established assembly procedures and quality control standards.
· Blueprint and Diagram Interpretation: ∙Accurately interpret technical drawings,
including exploded views and parts lists. ∙Understand dimensional tolerances and assembly sequences.
· Quality Control and Inspection: ∙Inspect assembled units for completeness, proper alignment, and adherence to quality standards. ∙Identify and report any defects or discrepancies. ∙May perform basic functional testing of assembled units.
· Tool and Equipment Use and Maintenance: ∙Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. ∙Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as required. ∙Report any malfunctioning tools or equipment.
· Material Handling: ∙Handle and position parts and components carefully to avoid damage. ∙Ensure that necessary parts are available at the workstation.
· Work Area Organization: ∙Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. ∙Follow 5S principles or similar organizational methods.
· Problem Solving: ∙Identify and troubleshoot basic assembly issues. ∙Communicate problems or concerns to the supervisor or team leader .
· Adherence to Procedures: ∙Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
· Other Duties (as applicable): ∙May assist with packaging and labelling of finished products.
Qualification
ITI Fitter/Diploma in Mechanical Engineerig
Experience : 0-1 year
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
