Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Voice Process Executives who are fluent in Malayalam and Tamil. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/software accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication in Malayalam and Tamil.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Diploma / Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Voice Process, Customer Support, or BPO is an added advantage.
