Job Title: GeM Portal Tender Executive / GeM Tender Specialist/Tender

We are looking for an experienced GeM Portal Tender Executive who can manage tender searches, bid preparation, document uploads, and tender submissions on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.

Responsibilities

- Identify relevant tenders on the GeM portal.
- Analyze tender documents and verify eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and compile bid-related documents.
- Submit tenders/bids through the GeM portal.
- Manage EMD, technical, and financial documentation.
- Track tender status and follow up as required.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement procedures and regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months – 1 years of experience in GeM Portal operations and Government Tendering.
- Robust knowledge of the tender submission process.




- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF documentation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in GeM registration, bid participation, and reverse auctions is preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
