Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and support interior and civil work projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with site teams, vendors, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities for interior and civil works.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Follow up with vendors, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Monitor project timelines, site progress, and material deliveries.
- Prepare project reports, BOQs, work schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Attend site meetings and maintain progress records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.




- Support billing, quotations, and project closing documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of project coordination and site execution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling commercial/residential interior projects.
- Knowledge of material procurement and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with project management software is an advantage.
