Job Summary

We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage overdue loan accounts, follow up with customers, and ensure timely repayments while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Call customers regarding due and overdue EMIs.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required.
- Resolve customer payment-related queries.
- Update collection status in the CRM after every interaction.
- Ensure daily collection targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Credit teams for account resolution.
- Escalate high-risk or non-responsive accounts to the Collection Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and payment commitments.
- Follow RBI guidelines and company policies during collections.

Eligibility

- Graduate (preferred).




- 1–3 years of experience in loan collections, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).
- Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good Hindi communication; English is an added advantage.
