Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our Project Management Consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural and technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage projects from design development through site execution. This role involves preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, attending site visits, and ensuring smooth project execution across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Drawings

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans for projects.
- Develop design documentation and coordinate drawing revisions as required.
- Work on space planning, technical detailing, and construction drawings.

Project Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist in resolving coordination issues and maintaining smooth project communication.
- Prepare MOMs, reports, coordination notes, and project documentation.
- Draft emails and follow-up communications related to project updates and approvals.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, approvals,



and correspondence.

Site Visits & Execution Support

- Attend site visits to monitor project progress and understand execution requirements.
- Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure drawings are executed accurately.
- Assist in identifying and resolving site-related design and execution challenges.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or related fields.

Software Proficiency

AutoCAD (mandatory), Revit, SketchUp, BIM, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant architectural software.

- Understanding of site execution and coordination processes

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
