- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch, and delivery schedules
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support business development activities
- Enter and manage sales orders in ERP systems such as SAP, Focus, Tally, or similar software
- Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and sales records
- Track pending orders, dispatch status, and payment follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, invoices, proforma invoices, and sales reports
- Maintain sales MIS and documentation accurately
- Coordinate with accounts, stores, logistics, and production teams
- Handle product-related coordination for chemicals, pharma products, raw materials, or manufacturing items
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to dispatch and sales operations
- 2–6 years of experience in office sales or sales coordination




- Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry preferred
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
