Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in marketing Transformers, Switchgear, and allied power products. The candidate will support marketing strategy execution, market intelligence, tender-based marketing, and coordination with sales and technical teams to drive business growth across utility, EPC, and industrial segments.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Market Development

- Execute marketing plans for Power & Distribution Transformers, HT/LT Switchgear, RMUs, Panels, and allied products
- Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and customer profiling
- Identify current business opportunities, regions, and customer segments

Tender & Project Marketing

- Support tender-based marketing for utilities, DISCOMs, EPC contractors, and industrial projects
- Coordinate with internal teams for pre-bid queries, technical clarifications, and documentation
- Track tender pipelines, bid status, and competitor activity

Sales & Channel Support





- Assist sales teams with presentations, product positioning, and customer meetings
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, datasheets, technical catalogs, and case studies
- Support channel partners, dealers, and consultants with product and market information

Brand & Promotion

- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and customer meets
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Maintain consistent branding across all communication materials

Digital & Communication Marketing

- Assist in managing website content, email campaigns, and LinkedIn marketing
- Prepare technical and commercial content related to power sector solutions
- Coordinate with external agencies for design, content, and promotions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
