About the Role

Scalent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, and meeting scheduling, with excellent communication skills and a passion for B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute cold email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Use tools like Instantly and Apollo to manage and optimize outreach campaigns.
- Identify and research prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads through email and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and meetings.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or B2B sales.
- Hands-on experience with Instantly and Apollo.




- Strong understanding of cold email outreach best practices.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
